St. John's House will provide ten living units and shared communal spaces to house low-income residents. Located on the northeast corner of the Episcopal Church of St. John the Baptist property, the L-shaped building embraces a landscaped central courtyard, creating a sense of welcome and protection. Site improvements include pathways, storm-water features, and a secured entrance. At the heart of the project is the Unity Courtyard—a peaceful, communal outdoor space that fosters connection, healing, and growth. A community tree anchors the courtyard, symbolizing renewal and providing a vital link to nature.
