Paul co-founded Form4 Architecture in 1998 and along with his partners was honored with the 2017 U.S. 'Firm of the Year' American Prize for Architecture. In early 2025, he founded Ascend Architecture with the goal of shaping a built future where architecture is crafted with care, rooted in context, and elevated by collaboration.
